Description & Performance Features:
1. The machine is made of HDPE, LDPE and biodegradable material [corn starch] ,PBAT,PLA tube film as raw materials to produce ectoplasm and printed vest bags.Using computer programming control system, stepper motor automatically fixed length, from feeding, sealing, cut off, punch transmission once completed.
2. Equipped with two stepper motor control systems and computer control, LPC LCD display and Panasonic photoelectric eye tracking control, the operation is intuitive and convenient, two color printing bags can be produced at the same time.
3. The main machine adopts high quality frequency converter to simulate speed regulation and automatic feeding system to make bag making stable and sealing and cutting accurate.Automatic punch folding device, conveyor belt, bag, easy to collect.
4, equipped with pneumatic lifting feeding frame, easy to install film, gas swelling feeding shaft.
5. Pneumatic discharging system, with the bag bottom integral design, neat bag collection, accurate clamping punch position.
6. The imported cutting tool adopts independent current heating, and the high-precision temperature controller automatically controls the temperature, which is easy to operate and accurate.
7, the whole machine adopts IC electronic circuit automatic control, socket design, easy to replace;And has no material, break material, block material stop function.
8. The press plate at the discharge port of this machine is equipped with automatic bag shaking device (the hot sealing line between the bag and the bag will not be bonded).
